Tyler’s real estate career began at a very young age. As the son of broker and founder, Debbie Fisher, he and his brother Nick helped mold what Hometown Realty is today. Taken along on showings and open houses at just 12 years old allowed him to see the ins and outs of the real estate industry, and the different architecture and designs intrigued him. During college, Tyler was selected to work in the marketing division for Goviva, an Inc. 500’s fastest growing company in America, owned by Robert Tuchman of Entrepreneur Magazine’s “How Success Happens”. Goviva was a leader in the experimental space, and Tyler learned how to create a story through his marketing, mainly focusing on once-in-a-lifetime events for Fortune 500 companies including Salesforce, Google, SAP and Capital One. This experience cultivated a vision of changing the real estate industry through marketing, storytelling, and lifestyle rather then just numbers. However, Tyler is most proud to have served as an FCA speaker and plans on working with more foundations this year including the Lowcountry Autism Foundation.  

Now having resided in Charleston, South Carolina since 2015, Tyler has lived on nearly every side of town – West Ashley to Downtown to Mount Pleasant, and is very familiar with how hyper local the real estate market is here. Primarily serving the Mount Pleasant & Daniel Island areas, he is a wealth of knowledge for both buyers and sellers.
